I’m Daisy, a Digital Marketing and Content Strategist, who is passionate about health and wellbeing.
My mission is to help workplace wellness startups and game-changers thrive and build movements that foster healthy work environments and active lifestyle communities. I’ve built lead acquisition and nurturing programs, developed and executed content strategies, run paid advertising campaigns, create lead-enticing content and more.
My key strengths are in digital strategy, content creation, and measurement.
Wellness is everything.
Wellness isn’t a buzzword for me. It’s something my world revolves around. And I’m taking this passion from my morning yoga mat to the world.
My journey to wellness came with a struggle of my own. At 28, I got Lyme disease. The urgent care doctor told me it would take ten days to clear up; it took two-plus years. As my health deteriorated, I had to learn to incorporate my health into the core of my life.
Before my illness, my workouts and meditation had been episodic. I had other priorities.
After, I had clarity. Health and wellness are the most critical asset. Over everything.
The most significant factor at play for enhancing people’s wellness is incorporating their healthy habits into their lives. Mind and body fitness isn’t something that you only practice at the gym. It can be a central part of our day-to-day lives. Healthy habits help us deal with the stress and challenges that life throws our way, and hopefully allow us to be present in our lives a lot more, for a lot longer.
I use my digital marketing skills in digital strategy, content optimizations, and marketing automation to help wellness startups and game-changers revolutionize health. I want to help infuse wellness into people’s daily lives through an area that we spend a lot of our waking hours in: the workplace.
Workplace Wellness Marketing
Stanford Business School professor Jeffrey Pfeffer estimates that workplace-related stress is responsible for more than 120,000 deaths a year and roughly five to eight percent of annual healthcare costs in the United States alone.
My goal is to connect with workplace wellness startups and game-changers and help them build movements that foster healthy environments and habits.
I’ve managed million-dollar digital marketing budgets and driven double-digit revenue and traffic growth by working with a strategy-first approach. I’ve built campaigns around boring topics that resonate so profoundly, they become tattoo art.
My goal is to help workplace wellness organizations build a movement that inspires people to be healthier. And if it ends up resonating so well that it too becomes tattoo inspiration — well, that would be freakin’ awesome.
